What We Do

Remembering Wildlife is a UK-based social enterprise founded in 2015 by British wildlife photographer Margot Raggett MBE. We produce large-format wildlife photography books, each dedicated to an endangered species. 100% of profits are donated directly to carefully selected conservation organisations working on the ground worldwide.

Our aim is to produce the most beautiful book ever seen on each species and use it to raise awareness of conservation issues and funds to protect wildlife.

How We Differ From a Charity

Remembering Wildlife is not a charity. It is a UK limited company operating as a social enterprise. We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator. Unlike traditional charities, we generate revenue through book sales rather than relying on donations, though we gratefully accept donations. 100% of profits go to conservation — there are no overheads deducted from donations.

The Book Series

Each book features images generously donated by the world's best wildlife photographers. The series has won an IPPY Silver Award for Best Non-Fiction Book Series 2024.
